The CADprofi Suite consists of the following programs:

Examples of using the CADprofi Suite

• When planning electrical, piping and sanitary installations, you can quickly draw or supplement floor plans using the Architectural module.
• Rooms defined in the Architectural module can be exported as a finished building design to the DIALux program. Selected lighting fixtures can then be easily imported into the Electrical module in DIALux, assigned to the relevant circuits, and bills of materials can be created. This allows you to complete an entire project much faster and more easily.
• Mark rooms in the Architectural module and quickly place fire detectors, sprinklers, and other objects from the Electrical module as well as HVAC & Piping using the Arrange command.
• In the Mechanical module, you can design a type of mounting for containers, floors, and other items from the Electrical module as well as HVAC & Piping.
• In the Electrical module, you can design the electrical installation for EV charging stations. Thanks to the Architectural module, you can also determine the position of charging stations for cars.
• Comprehensive planning of evacuation and fire protection plans, including:
  - You can quickly draw building plans in the Architectural module and create evacuation and fire protection plans as well as disaster and safety plans.
  - In the Electrical module, you can design fire alarm, emergency lighting, and other systems for intelligent and safe buildings.
  - In the HVAC & Piping module, you can plan fire extinguishing and smoke extraction systems.
• In the Architectural module, you can very easily define technical room parameters (lighting, ventilation, temperature, heat loss).
• By creating a floor plan in the Architectural module, you can show the position of radiators (e.g. under windows or on walls) from the HVAC & Piping module.
• In the Architectural module, you can easily insert openings for pipes and ventilation ducts as well as cable trays.

Every newly purchased CADprofi licence includes a free one-year Premium Package (software maintenance), which allows you to benefit from many additional advantages. The package can be extended for a fee at the regular price, at the latest before it expires. You can extend the Premium Package at any time, as the extension is for a further 12 months, always calculated from the expiry date, not from the purchase date.

PREMIUM PACKAGE (SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE)

1. As part of software maintenance, the user is entitled to:

• Download and free use of the available manufacturer libraries from the CADprofi internet server (for CADprofi licences only).
• Free download of current program versions from the CADprofi internet server (upgrade), which include content extensions (additional symbol libraries, standards, etc.), functional enhancements, and adaptations to new versions of the basic CAD programs.
• Free technical support (hotline).
• Installation of a single-user version on another computer belonging to the same user (e.g. home PC) on the condition that only one of these installations is used at a time.
• Use of all previous versions of the programs (downgrade).

2. Duration and renewal of software maintenance:

Software maintenance is not renewed automatically. Renewal requires a new order from the customer. Perpetual commercial licences can continue to be used even after software maintenance has expired.

Software maintenance can be extended for a fee immediately before it expires (not applicable to time-limited licences). The new software maintenance period begins from the date the previous period ends, not from the order date.

A software maintenance extension must cover all CADprofi licences on the respective computer (for CP-Symbols licences, an update must be purchased).
