B2B Shop - Shipping and Payment

Our offer is exclusively aimed at companies, traders, freelancers, and public institutions (B2B). All prices listed in the shop are net prices in euros; statutory VAT will be added and shown in the shopping basket and on the invoice.

No shipping costs are incurred when purchasing software licences, services, and training. Shipping costs only apply to hardware, currently for the CAD mice from 3Dconnexion that we distribute.

The shipping costs in this case are as follows:

Within Germany: €4.36 net / €5.19 gross
Austria: €10.92 net / €13.00 gross

We accept the following payment methods in our online shop:

Paypal, credit cards, SEPA direct debit, and advance payment.

Please note that we can only accept orders within Germany and from Switzerland. Customers from other countries should order directly on the Bricsys website at https://www.bricsys.com/estore/

Notes on PayPal payment: 

All licence keys must be created manually and will be sent to you during the course of the day, except at weekends and on public holidays. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
