The maintenance contract is automatically extended for another year unless it is cancelled at least 6 weeks before expiry. Notice period for price increases: Any price increases introduced by the manufacturer will be communicated to the customer at least two weeks before they come into effect.

In this context, mervisoft GmbH acts solely as an intermediary between the manufacturer and the customer and is not the manufacturer of the maintenance services or products.
Obligation to communicate changes:
mervisoft GmbH undertakes to immediately forward all information regarding price adjustments by the manufacturer to the customer as soon as it becomes known to mervisoft GmbH.
